Delivery & Returns

At present, we only deliver to the UK, including England, Scotland, Wales, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man.

Unfortunately we cannot  deliver large items to Northern Ireland, Ireland or the Channel Islands. We can pack larger items for transit, if you can arrange your own collection. Please call us for further information.

Our primary courier services are APC, DPD, TNT and Tuffnells.

(i.e. Several Newel caps, end caps, handrail brackets, a few spindles, treatex & small accessories.)

Small item orders, are orders consisting of a several small items up to 5Kg in total.

A preferred delivery date can be specified (at no extra cost) in the "preferred delivery date" box at the end of the checkout. If a specific delivery date is not requested then please allow up to 5 working days for your items to be delivered.

Deliveries are placed on a 3 - 5 day service.

Deliveries take place between 8am & 6pm, Monday to Friday.

Delivery Before 12.00pm

Not available in Highlands of Scotland, Grampian, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man

£32 + VAT

Deliveries are made before 12 noon Monday to Friday.

Saturday Delivery

Not available in Highlands of Scotland, Grampian, Isle of Wight and the Isle of Man

Deliveries take place between 8am & 6pm.

 

Sunday Deliveries and Bank Holidays Deliveries are unfortunately not available.

Please Note: We recommend that customers allow sufficient time for your stair parts to become acclimatised before fitting them.


Returned Items

Our guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 28 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and will issue a full refund for the price paid for the item. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.

 Unfortunately, we do not offer a free returns policy. All returns are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend www.parcel2go.com or www.parcelmonkey.co.uk for arranging the most cost-effective way of returning items.

 If you return products which are outside our 28 days returns policy, we are unable to process a refund.

 We cannot accept returns on any made to order products, partial multipack orders and special orders.

 Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

  1. Give reason why the item is being returned.
  2. Quote all invoice numbers and date received item.
  3. In case of fault or damage with item, please contact us prior to returning detailing the fault or damage.
  4. Wrap all items securely in its original packaging.
  5. Cost of returning item is paid for by the customer.
  6. Send all packages the following address:

Refunds will be issued within 10 working days of the items being received back into us. We will notify you when the item(s) have been received and the item refunded by email. For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded & insured delivery service.


Cancelled Orders

Order that have not yet been dispatched, can be cancelled free of charge. Cancelled orders that have been dispatched will incur a 10% re-stocking fee and your delivery charge will not be refunded. This includes orders that have been returned to us after a failed delivery attempt by the Courier service.
