I want a new staircase, where do I start?

What are the current trends for staircases?

The classic traditional balustrades are timeless, and always popular with our clients, however there has been a recent demand for more modern and contemporary designs incorporating glass and metal into staircases. Download our range brochure to view the different styles and designs available.

I have a specific idea of what I want; can I have a balustrade made to fit my design?

We offer a woodturning service, so we can create a bespoke product to suit your needs. Email us with your designs or drawings and we can price these accordingly.

I have an original Victorian staircase and one of the spindles is damaged, what can I do about it?

We can create a brand new spindle that would be an identical match to the rest of your staircase. Please email or pop in to see us with details of what you are looking for.

Once I have chosen my perfect staircase, what is the lead-time for receiving my order?

We aim to have your order to you within five working days of ordering. Special or made to order products may take slightly longer.

I only want to order a small item; do I have to pay the £15 delivery charge?

If you order online then you will automatically be charged the £15 delivery rate, however, if you call us to place the order over the telephone then we can do a reduced delivery price dependant on the item(s) you wish to purchase.
