Description
The Richard Burbidge, Classic range of stair parts is an elegant and classic range in white oak.
This Classic volute newel sits onto a bullnose or curtail step at the bottom of a flight of stairs. It is used in conjunction with a volute handrail fitting and 1100mm long spindles.
A volute newel post has a peg on the top of the newel which slots into the hole on the underside of the left or right hand volute handrail fitting. It has a turned section length of 890mm.
The Classic is unfinished, it can be finished by painting, varnishing or waxing.
