Fusion FAQs
A glass balustrade can be a challenging task for those that haven’t completed it before. We recommend hiring a professional to complete the installation for you to ensure that it’s safe and secure. If you’re looking to do this yourself, you can find guides on YouTube so that you can see each step of the process.
Here’s a summary of the steps of the process so that you can understand what needs to be done:
As with any glass panels, you should never use abrasive materials or chemicals to wipe dirt, smudges, or fingertips from the glass. Instead, we recommend using a specific glass cleaning cloth to protect the glass from scratches. If you don’t have one available, a soft wipe with a damp cloth can also do the trick.
By maintaining your fusion glass balustrade in the correct way, you can extend its life significantly. This means that it can often last a lifetime without the need for replacement or repairs. You also don’t need to worry about damaging the glass panels because of an accidental bump, because the glass is tempered and prepared to make it extremely strong. Read our blog, Your Guide to Glass Balustrades, for more information.
